I booked five nights in a room facing the stairs. The bed was awful, with a super-soft mattress that slopes down in the middle on one side. Cleaning in the morning was really noisy. The location and upstairs kitchen are the only good things. Forget about getting good sleep!

The room was modern, with a good bed and nice cool air conditioning. It's a nice place to stay. But for a B&B, there didn't seem to be any breakfast, and no one communicated anything about it.

It's hard to access the room, and leaving luggage isn't allowed. The property doesn't match reality, and the host's description isn't available.

The host was very friendly, present but discreet, and everything was exceptionally clean. The rooms are spacious with a nice bathroom. It's centrally located on a street parallel to Livorno's main road, yet it's quiet and peaceful.

A spacious, clean, modern room and a friendly, helpful owner. The location is central, close to the arcades and plenty of amenities.
