The sea is amazing, and the food was great. Our room was welcoming and spotless, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. Don't just stay on the beach below, though. Head to the "Romito" and pick a different cliff each day.

The terrace gives you a stunning view of the sea, which was the highlight for me. The hotel is very nice and well located near Livorno. The room was pleasant, with a large bathroom, though the two separate mattresses in the double bed weren't all that comfortable.

It used to be a holiday home run by a type B social cooperative, in a villa overlooking the sea with a stunning view. Sadly, the Bishop of Livorno took it over to use as a spiritual residence, and 9 people were sent home.
