We had a lovely canal view from our room, with pretty antique décor, an old-fashioned bed, and stencil-patterned walls. The owner was friendly, and everything was very clean and comfortable. It's in a quiet spot on a street by the canal, really a moat, in Livorno's central "Venice quarter".

Massimo responded quickly and was very accommodating, especially with our last-minute booking. We had a spacious, clean apartment with a very comfortable bed and a great view of Forza Nuova. Venezia Nuova is within walking distance. Great value, and pets are welcome if you ask.

My room came with a balcony looking out over a small Barbour full of boats, and dinner places are within walking distance. The owners and the people running the B&B were kind, spoke good English, and were there when I needed something. I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful, up-to-date, clean room with a toilet, double bed, and shower.

Annalisa made us feel welcome, pointed out local attractions, and checked that everything was okay. The rooms are en suite and set in an apartment, with AC and shutters that help keep them cool in summer. There's cold water and coffee in the kitchen. It's a nice place to stay, a short walk from Livorno center. Pisa is about a 35-minute train ride away if you take a bus to the station.

We were catching a morning ferry, so we only spent one night, but the owners were attentive and helpful. The room was lovely and well equipped, and breakfast included home-baked bread.
