Hotel Ariston

I slept so well here. The room was lovely and quiet, and they upgraded me to one with a kitchen even though I hadn't booked that. The people at reception were really kind too. I recommend it.

The rooms are really well arranged, and the views are stunning. It's in an ideal spot, and the hotel staff are friendly and kind. Love this Place

I stayed for a week and everything was fine. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful, the location is amazing, and the bus stops are just a minute away. The view from the window is gorgeous. With the window open on busy mornings, though, you can smell traffic fumes and hear the noise. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. It's a nice base for exploring the city, with the shopping street around the corner and the beach not far by bus. I'd recommend it for a short stay.

The staff are friendly and the location is fine, but the hotel is absolutely filthy. I didn't feel safe at all, and every room I saw was awful. I can't recommend anyone stay here. During our stay in Ariston Hotel, my friends or I experienced all of this: - Long black hairs left in the bathroom after each visit from the cleaning lady. - A dirty balcony. - The cleaning lady left both the room door and balcony door open after cleaning. - We had to ask several times for toilet paper because it wasn't refilled. - Towels were changed only every 3 days. - Insects in multiple rooms. - One person in our group had to change rooms because their front door wouldn't lock. - Mold in the AC, and the ACs didn't work. - Some showers had only hot water, while others had only cold. - Broken door frames that could literally be pulled off. - The hotel was unbearably cold at night. - Breakfast was served in the lobby and was lacking, just sweet croissants with nothing of real nutritional value. - The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and we had to enter the password every day. - Mold on the window frames. - Every drain smelled like urine. - We found a used towel in a cupboard beside the mini-fridge.
