Inside, the place is decorated with a lot of care, and there are extras like tennis courts. The rooms have just the basics. From the outside, though, the hotel looks quite dated. Fine for a couple of nights, but I wouldn't stay longer.

When my friend, a very famous cabaret artist, and I stayed at Hotel Atleti in Livorno five years ago, I was treated very well. My friends live in Livorno, so I visit often, and whenever I pass the hotel, I remember that stay. I said I'd definitely return when I had the chance, and I did. Then they charged €20 for the first collection, which was awful, practically nothing. They should be ashamed! Laslo Galeazzi, a Hungarian illusionist and cabaret artist

They use the hotel to host migrants, so I think it should no longer be listed as a hotel. I don't expect it will ever reopen as one.
