Getting around was easy thanks to the property's handy parking and its location in Venezia, one of Livorno's most characteristic neighborhoods, with easy access to the port's amenities. The automated system made everything quick and straightforward, and the host was very kind and available whenever needed. The rooms are beautiful, with design and comfort like luxury suites in Milan. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, and the premium bathrooms had careful attention to detail. I'd absolutely recommend the experience.

I work as a Quality Manager in luxury hotels, so details matter to me. I'd passed on another hotel at a similar price because I thought it looked rundown. Here, behind an unkempt exterior, I found a real gem, and the inside has a real wow factor. The room has everything you'd expect of a four-star GH. I liked the bathroom shower, which I'm sure Arab guests will appreciate, the plasterboard false ceiling with its excellent lighting, USB ports by the bed, and the smart TV where you can use Netflix or Prime. The shower is really large, too. There's a break area with a coffee machine and soft drinks, and I liked the firm bed frame and new mattress. With the shower head and large shower, I admit I didn't miss having a bidet. Booking can be complicated because the instructions are only in English and aren't detailed, but the owner knows what they're doing.

The location was right in the center, and the room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommended!
