We were there for just one night. The manager was friendly and helpful, but the rest of the stay was one to forget. It's close to the sea, but the station across the way is noisy even with the windows shut. On some nights, the Saitta nightclub plays music until at least 2 AM. Our room was a mess: a broken TV screen, a space that needed renovation, and a cramped bathroom with a tiny shower and a curtain that kept sticking to you. The price didn't match the quality.

My son, my mother, and I spent about ten days here on vacation, and we felt like family right away. We had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, meals were generous and delicious, and breakfast had plenty of variety. The location is great for reaching the train station, beach, and shops. We'll definitely return. Hotel Claudia is a simple place, but it makes an excellent base for a Loano vacation. The welcome was warm, service was good, and the room was clean and tidy. I especially liked the roomy closet. Breakfast came with a satisfying range of pastries, and the location is handy for the sea.

It's clean and welcoming, with courteous, friendly staff and excellent food. The place is hard to find, though: there's no proper sign, and Google Maps points to a different location.

I stayed here for about ten days. It's in a five-story condominium, much like other hotels in its category, and close to the sea. The atmosphere is clean and the food is good. Pets are allowed for €10 per day, though they can't come into the dining room. Mr. Stefano and his son manage the hotel, and their kindness, courtesy, and availability were hard to beat. Well done!
