This was our first visit, and we were very satisfied, especially after seeing how it compares with other residences. The rooms are roomy and well equipped, with a huge, sunny terrace, a table, and sun loungers that leave space to eat outside. The TV is latest-generation, with Wi-Fi, DVD, SD card, and satellite connection. There's also basement parking with elevator access. We'll definitely return.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our two-room apartment was huge, with a washing machine and a large terrace where we could have lunch. The balcony spaces felt safe for children, our son is 3 and can't squeeze through. The nearby train station wasn't an issue, and there's a garage too. Beaches and the Budello are just steps away, with several grocery stores and restaurants right outside.

We spent a week here with two 4-year-olds. The rooms were clean, the house had everything we needed, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, as was the on-site parking, for a minimal fee. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Loano. Recommended for families!

Just 150 meters from the sea, this is a lovely, clean, well-maintained property with beautiful furnishings and very professional staff. It works well for a short break or a week or two, and the large terrace is perfect for a great nap. Highly recommended.

We had a great week here. The place was perfectly clean, nothing was missing, and the staff were both friendly and professional. A wonderful experience.
