The balcony was a real highlight, and the room itself was clean and spacious, with good AC, plenty of towels, and a large bathroom. The b&b is centrally placed for sights and activities in the old town. Getting there with luggage means dealing with lots of steep, narrow stairs. Check-in information could have been handled better: we arrived right at check-in, but nobody was there, and the website had no contact number. We eventually found one in an email and someone came within 15 minutes. There was also no water anywhere in the b&b when we arrived. After we called the manager, a plumber had to come, and it took about three hours to restore the water. That was very unpleasant after a five-hour hike when we were grimy and couldn't even wash our hands. They dealt with it quickly, though, and these things can happen in small b&bs.

Breakfast was terrific, with lots to choose from and delicious, high-quality local produce. The room was bright, spacious, and well appointed. Da Concavo e Convesso is right in the old town center, close to lively bars and restaurants, and made a lovely overnight stay. It's a very old building that's been repurposed, so there are plenty of stairs that may not suit everyone. Parking was about 200m away.

We had a wonderful stay, and everyone there was kind and greeted us with a big smile. We don't speak much Italian or English, but they still made us feel welcome the whole time. I'd recommend this place for a night, breakfast, or an evening visit. Thanks so much for everything! 😁

The room was clean, the place is lovely, and breakfast was plentiful. The manager was helpful and polite both on the phone and in person. All the girls were friendly and helpful too, including the one who welcomed us and handed over the key. Thank you, we'll definitely return.
