The cooler nights were a big plus. The house is in a cooler, more pleasant spot than the city, and we didn't need the air conditioning. It's about 2 km from Locorotondo's historic center, an easy walk. The host has done a wonderful job restoring this authentic trullo, and was kind and polite too. We loved the peace and beauty of Provencal life in the Puglia region. Such a magical stay, and we'll definitely come back!

A car is definitely needed here. This isn't a resort, and there aren't attractions nearby, but the trullo is beautifully renovated and gives you a cool, quiet place to sleep near Locorotondo. They leave the essentials in the trullo, plus a few breakfast snacks, which was a really kind touch. I was looking for exactly this kind of experience, and loved it.
