The trulli themselves are nice, but the host’s behavior made the stay very unpleasant. From the moment we arrived, she gave us two strange rules: we weren’t allowed to change the air conditioning settings, and once she came in and asked us to turn it off while I was asleep on the mezzanine. She also told us not to use the stairs to the mezzanine too often. Without a warm welcome, hospitality, or professionalism from the hosts, the nice accommodation doesn’t count for much. Look elsewhere!

There’s a mezzanine with beds, plus a downstairs bedroom with a double bed and a crib. The house is roomy and works well for a family of 4-5, though there’s just one bathroom.

A beautiful trullo, a warm welcome, and really good value for money.
