The hotel is a good value, especially with all the transport costs, and I’d stay here again. Breakfast was included and wonderful, and the staff were friendly. We had dinner at a pizzeria a few blocks away, and it was good. Getting around added up, though. The bus from Milano Centrale to the airport cost us $20, then the taxi to the hotel was another $20. It might have been cheaper to take a taxi straight from the train station. Our shuttle to the airport the next morning cost an extra $20 for my husband and me. I mistakenly thought the hotel was walkable from the airport, but it really isn’t. A couple of small things: the upstairs carpet hides divots in the hall, so watch your ankles, and the pillows are pretty flat.

After easyJ denied us boarding because of a border force share code glitch, we were in shock, stranded late in the evening. The taxi from MXP T2 cost €26. This place was a third of the price of Milan hotels of similar quality, and reception helped us with everything. The breakfast had a very generous range of desserts.

Parking right by your room’s door was the best part for us. The hotel was clean and well cared for, and the staff were welcoming. It’s right next to the airport, which is convenient. Breakfast had a small range, but there was a good selection of cheese, eggs, croissants, and cakes. A comfortable, practical stay.

Olga at reception was great, and the hotel is close to the airport. The room felt a bit too dark, and the fabric softener smell was much too strong.

The walls felt a little too thin for me, but the room itself was great. The staff were outstanding and very accommodating. I recommend this hotel.
