Villa Caiano

We’ve already booked our next visit for next year. This was our second stay, and we’re planning to come every summer for the foreseeable future. From morning coffee in the loggia to afternoons by the pool and evenings watching the stars, we never tire of the views. The pool is exceptional. The villa is luxuriously fitted out in classic Tuscan style, with quality materials, large rooms, air-conditioning and everything you need to arrive and relax. Leanardo and his wife are welcoming and helpful, including with dinner reservations. Villa Caiano is now part of our annual calendar.

The views of the village and mountains each morning were something special, and the hosts were incredibly friendly. They met us when we arrived, showed us around and were there whenever we needed help. Inside and out, the villa feels luxurious but still homely and comfortable, with lovely attention to detail throughout. When we weren’t sightseeing, we spent plenty of time by the amazing pool, eating and relaxing each night in the covered area beside it. Our family had an unforgettable holiday here. I can’t recommend Villa Caiano strongly enough, and I can’t wait to go back.

The owners were so kind and helpful, while also giving us plenty of privacy. There’s comfortable space inside and out, and the house feels wonderfully private. From the moment you come through the gate, the views and surroundings take your breath away. We loved watching the impressive sunsets from a terrace or the beautifully maintained pool. We hope to come back soon.

The pool and views make it tough to leave, though there are great restaurants nearby and getting into Florence was straightforward when we did. The accommodation had loads of space and amenities for our family of five or more. It’s a fantastic location, and our hosts made us feel at home and replied to our messages quickly. A big thank you to them.
