B&B L'Incrocio

We had a lovely stay on a beautiful pedestrian street right in central Salerno. The room was spotless, with new, well-chosen furnishings, and the Wi-Fi worked great. There was also a handy breakfast kit and water waiting in the room, a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. The staff were so kind and available whenever we needed something. I'd absolutely recommend this B&B and would happily come back!

The location is central, but the rest of our experience was poor. Room #3 was cold, and despite several complaints to the hotel, it was never cleaned. After two nights my sister had to find another hotel, and the host completely abandoned her. She received only €200 back, not even enough to cover the four unused nights. She was ill, and the damage was that her vacation was ruined.

Massimiliano greeted us warmly, gave us clear directions, and had already heated the room with the air conditioning. He was flexible about both check-in and check-out. We were very comfortable, and everything was clean and neat. The breakfast was much appreciated, and the bright room had a window overlooking the central part of the building. The location deserves a 10. The one thing missing was a small chair for breakfast, so we had to eat on the bed. Still, we'll definitely choose Giuseppe's accommodation again for a couple's night.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom in room 2, where I stayed, was brand new with a super-comfortable shower. The rooms are simply but thoughtfully furnished. It's very central, handy for the station, port, historic center, and seafront, or really anywhere in Salerno. I also got a complimentary bottle of water and a complete breakfast kit. Thanks to the owner for being so courteous and attentive to detail.
