We started the day ready to ski, then found ourselves stuck in the garage because the doors were broken and there was no way out. We called for help, but the person sent over didn’t know how to fix it. After an hour of frustration and lost ski-pass time, we got the door open ourselves. The staff reimbursed only one person’s lost pass, claiming not everyone counted as an adult. They also said we should be grateful because garage parking was supposed to cost extra, even though at check-in we were told parking there was fine and weren’t told about a fee. The apartment was in terrible condition. Every dish needed washing before we could use it, and basic things like a kettle and tea cups were missing. There was mould in the bathroom. We told the staff, but they ignored the issue, so the next guests could face the same problem. This stay was a nightmare. I hope the health authorities inspect the place soon. No one should have to stay in conditions like these.
