The delays in getting an answer held up plans for a romantic getaway, and I found the replies terse and rude. I spent two weeks trying to contact them. They took a week to say whether the room was available, didn't answer several calls or my email, and later told me to send a WhatsApp. That message went unanswered until I called again. I was worried the room would become unavailable, so I made a reservation while waiting for a definite answer. A woman was rude to me on the phone. They said they couldn't make a reservation using my giftbox, even though they were advertised there. I'm not sure whether the box service advertises things poorly or whether it's the hotel, so I won't comment on that. They weren't helpful and seemed to respond only when pressed.

The apartment has all the kitchen utilities you need to make dinner or breakfast. It also has a stunning view of the mountains and gorgeous lake. A really nice apartment.

The owner was very nice, and the apartment was beautiful, modern, and comfortable. With its great location, it's an ideal place to spend a few days. I'd recommend it to everyone.
