We had a lovely view from our room, and breakfast out on the balcony was a real bonus. The apartment is simple and cozy, with a lovely woman looking after it. It felt a bit like being at home with mom. Check-in was the one unclear part, since we had to call through Booking.

Fiorella is a wonderful host, such a nice lady. The place is peaceful, well located, and has an incredible terrace for enjoying some great moments.

The sea view from the comfortable room was fantastic, and we'd happily stay here again. The hosts were so warm and caring. It is near the city center, the port, and shopping areas, with good connections to the train and bus stations. From there, you can get to the airport and all parts of the city and sicily.

We enjoyed the clean room, the lovely breakfast served in the family's living area, and the beautiful view over the Port of Palermo. The check-in was a real hassle, though. There were no instructions, and no sign on the street, so I wasn't sure the residential building was the right address. I had an EU SIM and messaged through the booking.com app, but the owner didn't answer my calls and I had to wait outside until she replied. The WiFi only reached the shared living room, not our room.

From the sixth floor, the views were amazing at night and over breakfast. With the lovely owner, staying at Accardi House Searooms felt like an authentic Palermo experience. Highly recommend!
