The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. It’s close to the city center and well placed for both the bus and train stations.

The host was helpful and kind right from the beginning, but the room was a letdown. We found hair on the floor and towels, dust on the shelves, and the kitchen was dirty too. I told the host the following day, and a cleaner came, though the job still wasn't good enough, especially in the kitchen and with the towels. For five days, we were given just two coffee capsules and two bottles of water for the machine.

The location is good, but I wouldn't stay here again. The building and lift are both run-down, and the place had a bad smell. The room itself was reasonably furnished, though its unsafe balcony couldn't be used, with the shutters chained shut. Despite being called a Bed & Breakfast, breakfast isn't included.
