We felt safe and comfortable at Santori Luxury Home, and the staff were very obliging about booking dinner restaurants and a taxi to the station on our last day. The place also operates as an antique store, with all the furniture and displayed items for sale. It’s a homely spot in central Lucca, with friendly staff and a comfortable room. The decor isn’t like a usual hotel suite, but we liked it. The room view wasn’t the best, though the cross-breeze through the windows meant we barely needed the air conditioning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

We had a memorable two-night stay inside the walled city, and I’d highly recommend it. The free breakfast was great, and both the accommodations and location were superb. The owner and staff were caring and very helpful.

Caterina and her whole team were welcoming and helpful, which made our short break in Lucca feel special. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly situated in the city. They also accommodated our bicycles.
