The hosts were warm and welcoming, and did all they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The spacious house has lots of character, and its location near Lucca’s historic centre was very convenient. We’d highly recommend it for a lovely holiday.

These are cool, authentic apartments with a nice garden outside, close to the city. Because of the Trafico Limitato in Lucca, they provide bicycles. In summer 2017, they also put out a bath for the kids to play in. The Google Maps pin is on the wrong side of the road, the apartment is beside the mattress store. There’s a good pizza takeaway nearby too.

The house has everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine, and it was spotless throughout. It’s furnished so thoughtfully, with lovely details. We had a fantastic, unforgettable holiday in Lucca, thanks in part to the beautiful home and wonderful hosts. Highly recommended.

The owners gave us such a warm welcome, and the splendid house had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable week. It’s well placed for visiting Lucca without a car. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d highly recommend it.
