The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped, and you can walk to everything in just a few minutes. It’s right in central Lucca, but noise wasn’t an issue. We enjoyed it enough to book again two years later. One thing to keep in mind: there are four flights of stairs. They’re manageable, but older guests or anyone with limited mobility may want to consider that. Alessandro and his mother are wonderfully hospitable. I couldn’t recommend the accommodation more.
