The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable, but I slept poorly because the air conditioning didn't work and I had to leave the window open. There was a lot of noise from the McDonald’s hamburger joint next door, which stayed busy until 1pm. The hotel is also by a highway interchange, and it's a 20-minute walk to the old town.

Free parking was a real help for getting in and out of the city, and the historic center is about a 15-minute walk or four minutes by car. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable with a decent range, though it could have had more choice, and the internet was not good. Our first-floor room was noisy in the mornings and late at night, which affected our comfort. It offers good value, but I wouldn't call it a four-star hotel. Light sleepers may want to ask for a quieter room on an upper floor.

Breakfast was one of the best we had, with plenty of fruit, cheese, meat, yogurt, muffins, and more. The hotel is clean and modern, with parking on the premises, though you'll need transport to reach Lucca city center. The beds were comfortable, but power was available on only one side of the bed, and the showers had an odd step up in a cramped space. Friends recommended the place after staying here before. Maybe a bit overpriced, but otherwise no major complaints.

Our car broke down, so we ended up here, and they kindly gave us their last twin room. The room was very nice. They also provided a map of Lucca and showed us the quickest way to walk there.

Free parking is available, and there's a supermarket and McDonald’s nearby. The room was clean and had enough space, with a bidet in the bathroom. There wasn't soundproofing between rooms, though. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the old town center.
