We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic visit. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff made us feel welcome from the start. The clean, modern room had everything we needed, and the hotel was good value. We could walk to the main Piazza, Guinigi Tower, and the Amphitheatre, with cafes, restaurants, and bars close by. Even though it’s right in the heart of the city, nights were surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We visit Lucca often and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

We’ve found our place in Tuscany. The hosts welcomed us like part of a big Italian family, and they were so friendly. The accommodation was modern, clean, and spot on, with a comfy bed. There are three cats wandering around, too. The courtyard is beautiful, full of flowers, with a majestic tree in the middle and the sound of flowing water. You can also take one of the bikes provided by the host for a ride along the wall of Lucca. We loved everything about the place.

The garden courtyard was peaceful, and the location was quiet but within walking distance of everything inside the walls of Lucca. I stayed at Il Cortile di Elisa for a month, and the apartment was just like the photos, with all the necessities well stocked. Simone met me at check-in and was helpful throughout. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely little private courtyard to sit in, and the location made it easy to reach tourist spots, bars, and cafes. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here.

The owners were so welcoming and kind, even helping me when I couldn’t get a taxi. It felt gorgeous and homely, one of the best places I’ve stayed. I can’t wait to come back to Lucca and stay here again.
