The owner was really friendly and kept checking in to see if I needed anything. I stayed four nights and was very glad I did. The room looked just like the photos and was comfortable, with clean sheets, towels and bathroom. As the website explained, the bathroom was outside my room, though private. Everything was in a private area, like a shared apartment, so walking between the room and bathroom never felt uncomfortable. I’d recommend the place to anyone.

I felt safe throughout my stay, and you pass at least two locked doors before reaching the room. The bedroom lock itself was basic, though. Eva had to show me that it needed two turns to lock. A small upgrade or instructions like the ones posted for the WiFi would help. The place is beautiful, with large, grand-feeling rooms and a very comfortable soft bed. Eva welcomed me kindly, and Danila and Andrea were wonderfully helpful by text. There are thoughtful touches all around, and the room was amazing value for its price.

We could walk to all the sights from this well-located place, and enjoyed the town centre and surrounding walls. There were also several meal options nearby. The staff were very polite and helpful, and our room and bathroom were both clean, comfortable and felt safe. There isn’t a formal breakfast, but the shared kitchen has coffee and tea, plus bread and jam. The coffee was especially good. Many thanks to Andrea, we’d definitely recommend staying here.

We were in the busy parts of the city centre in no time, thanks to the great location. The guest house staff were so kind and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was good, and the shared kitchen had some equipment as well as coffee and tea. We’d happily recommend it.

We had a fabulous breakfast and enjoyed the nice amenities. The room was clean and spacious, and they brought us extra pillows. Alessia was friendly and helpful, and the house is on a quiet street. Vecchia Trattoria Buralli was an outstanding dinner recommendation. We’d absolutely stay again.
