The rooms were spotless, and the furnishings looked practically new for a more than fair price given the location. It's a well-kept, welcoming place, well situated for getting around town or heading to nearby Pisa, Versilia, and the Apuane. Luca, the owner, was genuinely friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend it.
