B&B Muro Torto Lucera

The room was clean and had enough space. It’s a quiet spot that’s still fairly central, which worked well for visiting the main attractions. I stayed one night and came away with a generally positive impression.

For the low price, the limited breakfast was understandable, and the place is workable for a night or two if you’re not expecting too much. The location is excellent, near the center and well connected to nearby cities. Self check-in is a nice idea, though it would be good to have someone at reception for emergencies. The stairs up to the B&B are quite steep and inconvenient. The room itself was cozy and tastefully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, table and chairs, coffee maker, and air conditioning. The bathroom needs attention: the shower leaked both inside and outside the bathroom every time, which was really annoying. We put towels down to contain the water and noticed they got very dirty, so the cleanliness wasn’t great either. I’m still waiting for the receipt they said they’d email me, and hope it isn’t a scam. 🍀

The location was great, but the rest was terrible. Breakfast was just pastries and very poor. I had to call the owner for coffee because the breakfast girl wasn’t there. The rooms weren’t very clean, and in the double room the radiator was balanced on a chair in the bathroom, which was very dangerous. Absolutely not recommended!

Miss Lucia gave us a special welcome when I stayed for three nights at this romantic, beautiful B&B in Porta Troia in Lucera. She made us feel comfortable and took care of everything we needed each day so exceptionally well. I’ll never know how to thank her! 🥰🥰🥰 She even gave me the most beautiful room in the hotel. Breakfast was included, delicious, and plentiful, and room service was available. The rooms, including the reception entrance, are furnished in an antique Baroque style. I highly recommend it, especially for friends and couples. Thanks also to Guido! 💯💯
