We arrived at the door and were told check-in was actually at 4 o'clock, though they would take us at 12 o'clock. Our booking showed reception at 12.00. They seem to work without any system. We called, got an answer in English, and then they hung up.

Gianluigi was so helpful and kind. When we arrived, he gave us great suggestions for beaches, places to eat, and excursions. The room was clean and smelled fresh each day. The property is also really well placed: La Cinta is an easy walk if you fancy one, and supermarkets, a pharmacy, restaurants and cafes, and a laundromat are close by. The bus terminal is right out front. We got to San Teodoro's nicest beaches in just a few minutes, and the town center was only a 3-minute drive in the evening. Highly recommended, and thank you!

The owner was very kind and helpful, and pointed us toward several nearby beaches and restaurants. We had a room with a spacious bathroom, and daily housekeeping was available on request. There’s private parking, and the location is convenient for the center and lots of beaches. Essentials like a supermarket, bar, rental shops, and pharmacy are all nearby.

We spent a week here as a couple in July. The good parts were the air conditioning, fresh towels each day, and the location. La Cinta is a 15-minute walk, there’s a supermarket across the street just 3 minutes away, and other beaches are about 15 minutes by car. San Teodoro center is a 10-minute drive. There’s also parking behind a barrier. The downsides added up. The bathroom was NEVER cleaned during the week. I’m not asking for daily service, but it should happen at least a couple of times. The entry and stairs are very cramped and awkward to use, and toilet paper wasn’t always provided. We had to take out the rubbish, which has never happened to me at a B&B. Breakfast is served outside the building, so you have to walk there, and it wasn’t much. Sometimes there weren’t any plates or pastries. There’s internal parking, but just one space for three rooms. When it was taken, we had to leave the car by the neighbors, who weren’t exactly kind to us.
