We felt at home from the moment we arrived, thanks to the owners, who were extremely kind and helpful. The property is welcoming, very clean, and carefully maintained. Set in the beautiful Emilian countryside among greenery and the scents of nature, it was wonderfully peaceful and gave us a chance to relax completely. A truly pleasant stay at this bed and breakfast.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the person in charge was attentive and quick to help. I spent four nights there in late October 2025, and the atmosphere and service were excellent. Very good value, too.

We had booked and paid, but although the room was available, he wouldn't let us stay and put us out. Because of that, we ended up out in the countryside with the roads closed. He also told me I couldn't post a negative review.

The owners were warm and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a big, practical bathroom. Beautiful place. Omnia vincit amor
