The greenery around the hotel made it quiet, even though it's only five minutes from the highway. We called the night before to ask for a room for our family of four while driving from Munich to Livorno. We were tired, and it was just what we needed. Though we arrived shortly after midnight, they waited for us and welcomed us warmly. They even left us a breakfast basket with fresh croissants, jam, coffee, and tea. Such a thoughtful touch. We'd definitely stay again.

This little home was lovely, quiet, and clean, and I'd stay again. Just be aware that the bus stop takes at least a brisk half-hour walk to reach, and the bus only comes once an hour.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful while I was there, and the place has all the amenities. It's a lovely accommodation surrounded by greenery, handy for both the highway and Modena center, and excellent value for money.

I stayed two days with my girlfriend, and Alle was so kind and helpful that we felt at home right away. The mini-villa is comfortable and welcoming, and the whole place is quiet, surrounded by greenery, and cared for down to the smallest detail. It's a great base for seeing Modena and the surrounding area, and would work well for families too. A stay I'll always remember and recommend.
