The showers are very small, and the water seems to leave your skin dry. If you prefer a bath, ask whether one is available. Still, the rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and there are all the amenities you need. Breakfast and lunch are great, there's a little bar for wine or cocktails, and you can order a pizza for under €5 if you get hungry. I'd stay again.

I was here for work for over two months. The rooms are mostly quiet, cleaning is done well, and the beds are firm with soft pillows. There's only one restaurant for delivery, though. Internet was on and off, even with a cable, and the Wi-Fi was even less reliable. The rooms have a tiny fridge and a safe.

The breakfast buffet was really good, with lots of food and drinks to choose from and regular refills. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the receptionists were friendly. Nice service and rooms, and a very comfortable stay.

I've stayed at this hotel often since last summer. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant food is really nice. I'll definitely come back whenever I'm in the area.

It's quite a hotel for a small town like Lugo, with a large building and spacious rooms. The furnishings are modern and the facilities clean. It does feel a bit lacking in personality.
