We were in town for a nearby wedding, and sharing one steamer and iron across three rooms was a hassle. The place itself is lovely, but the advertised AC wasn't working. When we raised it, the owner’s answer was basically to open a window. Really disappointing.

The staff were really nice, and the location is excellent. It’s a simple hotel with good prices. Breakfast was great, especially the freshly made coffee.

The rooms were spotless, and the welcome felt genuinely warm. Service went above and beyond, and breakfast had a real international spread. The location in Luino is very convenient. I’d definitely recommend it.

Shops are right outside, and the lake is an easy walk away. The place is clean, minimalist and efficiently run, with what you need apart from a cup of tea since there’s no kettle in the room. We only stayed one night, so that was fine. I enjoyed my stay, thank you.

We hoped to extend our stay, but every room was booked. Andy was a great help, and we really appreciated that he speaks perfect English. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was great, and breakfast was the best. We had a wonderful time. Grazie Andy!!! Ciao
