It wasn't the charge itself that bothered us, it was how rudely the gentleman handled it. We had politely explained that a work issue meant we needed to leave, and had said we would still pay for the room DESPITE EVERYTHING. He answered arrogantly that he works too, and insisted on the full fee because the toilet had been used and there was some paper in the bin. The staff were rude and impolite, to put it mildly, with no tact.

The booking app seems to have a problem, with 24-hour stays priced at 400 to 500 euros. Hasn't anyone noticed? A midweek stay can cost 50.60 euros...

The welcome was precise and very formal. Staff were excellent and polite throughout, and the rooms were always clean.

The pasta with pepe cruschi was basically tomato pasta with peppers sprinkled over it. The platter was also way overpriced, with 100 grams of cured meats and even less cheese, which felt completely out of proportion. Still, the place wasn't bad overall.

The rooms are beautiful, warm at 22°C, and everything is new. There’s a car park that you can't see from outside, plus privacy, a good welcome, quality staff, and an excellent price. By my measure it could even be called 4 stars, though I don't put much stock in stars. I'll come back...
