Appartamento Sferisterio

We were five family members staying for one night, and the bathroom was a real highlight, especially the spa-like shower. The new apartment was spotless and looked after down to the smallest detail. The welcome was excellent, with helpful, courteous people who paid attention to everything. They even left breakfast items for us, although breakfast wasn't included. The owner was super kind and helpful, and suggested a typical osteria for dinner. It turned out excellent in every way. We really enjoyed the stay and hope to come back.

Juices and a bottle of water were waiting in the fridge when we arrived, a thoughtful touch. The air conditioning was already on, which was a lovely surprise and made the apartment feel fresh straight away. We had a great time staying here with friends. The place is welcoming, clean, and has every comfort. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, and they also provided shampoo, shower gel, fresh scented sheets, and towels. The bathroom was beautiful and carefully maintained, with a modern little spa or sauna feel that made it really relaxing. It’s been thoughtfully put together and would work for short or longer stays. I highly recommend it! 🌟

Riccardo greeted us warmly and professionally, and even took our four-legged friend with him. We stayed one night and really enjoyed it. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with everything you could need, even for just a few days. It’s centrally located and a few kilometers from the tourist attractions in the Conero area. Highly recommended!

We spent three days here, and Mr. Riccardo looked after us so well we didn't even need to ask. His kindness and helpfulness were unparalleled. The attic apartment was in excellent condition and worth every penny. It has three beautifully furnished bedrooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning, a kitchen, and an excellent living room. The bathroom is brand new, with an innovative shower mixer. One of the best things is how close it is to the historic center, with the magnificent Sferisterio di Macerata arena right across the street. A very positive experience, with every comfort.
