The beds were comfortable, but the walls were so thin I could hear people talking normally as if they were right there. The toilets also made a loud noise all night, and I couldn’t sleep well because of it. The room was clean and the location was good, but it didn’t look much like the photos. The shared area had no coffee machine, glasses or anything else. Staff said they’d had problems with the authorities and had to remove everything. In that case, the photos should have been updated. With no amenities or kitchen, there wasn’t much to do on the terrace. I had to contact Booking support, and they arranged a partial refund. The bedside table shown in another photo was missing too. That wasn’t a huge issue for me, but it’s unpleasant to find these differences. There were several rooms, so maybe we were unlucky. I hope things improve, but as it is, I don’t recommend this place.

The hosts were helpful and available from the time we booked right through to the end of our stay. Our room was fully furnished, with a king-size bed, a separate, enormous toilet, and a decent-sized balcony with a breathtaking view. The apartments are under five minutes on foot from the main bus station and about 15 minutes from the city center. A very pleasant stay, highly recommended!

Breakfast was really good, and downtown is only a few steps away. We had a really enjoyable stay, with very clean, comfortable rooms. I’d recommend it and would come back if I’m in the area again.

The rooms are nice, and everything is clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. The only drawback is getting to the city center. It isn’t very far, but Macerata is a mountain city, so the uphill walk takes a lot of effort.

The rooms were simple but spotless and nicely equipped, with good beds, pillows and air conditioning. We especially appreciated having terraces, and the tiny bathrooms were still perfectly usable. The complimentary breakfast didn’t do much for us, though it wasn’t a big deal. This is an expensive town, particularly when events like the opera are on, so the B&B was reasonably priced compared with local hotels. Finding it was a little tricky, so have your GPS on. Once there, we were greeted politely and got in quickly. Recommended.
