The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. Just be aware that this feels more like a hostel than a hotel. We booked a double room but were given an accessible room instead. Its bathroom was awkwardly designed as a wet room and didn’t drain properly, so the floor stayed wet throughout our stay. Not pleasant. The room was uncomfortably cold because the heating is off in summer. The soundproofing was also very poor. We could hear people in the rooms to our left, right, and above talking, walking, sneezing, coughing, and more all night.

A good place to stop and rest while hiking around Mount Rosa. The rooms were nice and well kept, breakfast had a great spread, and the staff were friendly.

Breakfast was good, but the towel situation was frustrating. After checking in, I realized that for one night we’d been given just one face towel, with no shower towel. There’s no bidet in the room, so no bidet towel either. Staff aren’t available after 7:00 PM, which meant I couldn’t ask for another towel.

We found a quadruple room at the last minute and had a wonderful one-night stay. The hotel is close to the main square in Staffa and the shuttle to the slopes. Our room was spotless and welcoming, with a view of Monte Rosa. The bathroom was a little small, had a shower but no bidet. Breakfast offered a fantastic range of sweet and savory food, and the staff were kind and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

I stayed July 9th to 11th, and really loved the hotel. The garden is beautiful and spacious, there’s free parking, and I had a lovely view from my room window. At breakfast, the smell of croissants was delightful. The morning receptionist was very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this place.
