Baglioni Hotel Luna - The Leading Hotels of the World

Being a step from St. Marks square made getting around so easy, and there are two vaporetto stops about a three-minute walk away, plus gondolas out front. The hotel also has its own dock for convenient water taxi arrivals and departures. Our room and the hotel were spotless, and the front desk team, concierge, and bartenders were all warm and attentive. Thanks to Alessi for the restaurant tips and island-hopping excursion. We had a spectacular stay at Baglioni Hotel Luna.

The mosquitoes were the worst part. My 3-year-old daughter ended up with more than 20 bites on her face and hands, and she was uncomfortable and slept poorly. When I raised the issue, they brushed me off and told me to email the manager. That didn't feel professional. The room itself was far below what I expected from a five-star hotel. The bathroom was badly outdated, with a disgusting bathtub and wall, and obvious wear on the ceiling. Chipped walls and ceiling made the place look neglected. Thanks for ruining our anniversary.

The staff and service were excellent, and we had a wonderful stay at Baglioni Hotel Luna. We found the bar a pleasant place to spend time, while the hotel restaurant was good, though not great. The standard breakfast buffet was good too. Our room worked perfectly for my wife and me, and the location made it easy to walk to the city's main attractions.

Liu, the hotel manager, kindly let us use one of the beautiful ballrooms for our wedding photos, which meant a lot and made the stay more memorable. Every person we met, from reception and the concierge to the restaurant staff, was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. We loved the location, service, and atmosphere at Hotel Luna Baglioni. Everything felt perfect, and we'd love to come back. A 10/10 experience.
