The owner was very kind, and my room was clean. There are private parking spaces beside the building. The shower had good water pressure, so it felt like being in a steam pod. From the balcony, you can see Monterosa whenever the weather allows.

The place isn’t bad, and the owner does try to help, but a few small issues made it hard to relax. Check-in wasn’t smooth, there were misunderstandings about the room, and the heating needed to be fixed after I asked. The tile floor was cold, and there were no sleepers.

The apartments are lovely, with easy access to town and the ski lifts. We always feel very welcome when we visit, and it’s good to be back again.

The rooms were nice and clean, with a lovely view too. The staff were friendly.

The price is good and the rooms are nice. I’d have given it five stars, but the beds get much too warm at night.
