A real Italian experience. The window view was lovely, the rooms clean, and the gondola for skiing and mountain walks was close by. Breakfast was delicious, and dinner brought something different each day. Great hospitality too, especially from Lorenzo. We miss your morning coffee and sense of humour. Thank you!

The staff were so friendly and kind, and both breakfast and dinner were really tasty. We had a nice week, with cozy, pleasant rooms. Parking could get a bit crowded sometimes, but there’s another public car park farther down the road.

We were on half board and really enjoyed the food, with fantastic staff too. It’s a really nice place, and the ski bubble station is a 9-minute walk away. We’d just seen friends at a very posh hotel down the road, but they paid a lot more.

For a week of skiing during the February school holiday, this budget-friendly 3-star hotel was a great choice and I’d recommend it. Pinzolo Expres is within walking distance, and there’s a ski bus stop right outside. Betulla also has lots of parking and a heated ski room. Our room was simple, clean and comfortable, with an amazing mountain view. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite, and spoke good English. The food was tasty and varied, and we especially enjoyed the great selection of fresh cakes.
