It felt like being welcomed into a big family, with the comfort of home. I've never stayed anywhere quite like it. The food was delicious at breakfast and dinner, and they easily sorted out our gluten free needs. They customized each dish our daughter wanted. Luca was especially sweet with the kids, and all the waiters were very professional. Mrs.Rina, the owner, talked with guests at breakfast and dinner and checked that everything was okay. I haven't seen that in any other hotel in the world. The shuttle service was 100/100, and the amazing driver helped us with our ski equipment the whole time. The spa was a delight, with three saunas, an indoor pool, and a jacuzzi. Our room was clean and tidy, with lots of storage. It really was the hotel stay of our dreams.

The modern, clean rooms and shuttle into town made for a comfortable stay at the Crozzon Hotel. The staff impressed us most, everyone was helpful and smiling, and it felt like home. A special thanks to Zorianna and Luca at reception. We highly recommend the hotel. Joanna and Paweł from Poland

I'll never forget this amazing stay. All the staff were excellent, especially Antonio in the bar and Luca in the restaurant.

We stayed six nights in this family run hotel and had a great time. The location was perfect, the rooms cozy, and the sauna clean and relaxing. Everyone was welcoming and went above and beyond, and the food was really excellent, with choices for everyone. Hope to be back soon!

4/10
It's hard to give a proper review because I was there for a special event, 4 restaurant with Bruno Barbier. Still, I can't forget being left alone with my family in the restaurant for more than 30 minutes, with no service and nobody explaining why the service was so poor. The room was nice, but the washroom was horrible, with a rusted heating element and an incredibly small shower. It definitely wasn't good value for money.
