The location worked for us, with Cinqo Laghi Gondala nearby, though that area isn't the best base because it's poorly connected. The kitchen is tiny, and the place feels a little worn and dated. Management seems to do the minimum. The ski storage is cramped, but the heated boot rack is handy. Next time, we'll look near Pradalago lift.
The location was the sole bright spot. Inside, the apartments were old and dirty, with dust throughout the rooms. The kitchen cabinets were broken, and there were very few dishes, including pans in poor condition. In the bathroom, the taps were worn, some furniture was broken, and the bathtub had a visibly poor repair with obvious grout. The shower curtain was worn and moldy, and other furniture was chipped or broken. The heat in the rooms was stifling and felt unhealthy, and there was no way to adjust it. A terrible stay.
We found hair all over the sheets and bedspreads, as if they were rarely washed. There wasn't even soap in the bathroom, and the shower dispensers had been removed. The managers were rude and unfriendly, while charging high-season rates without keeping up a basic standard of service. The rooms were also old, dusty, dirty, and out of date. The one star is for the excellent location. For cleanliness, furnishings, and service, I'd look elsewhere. Avoid staying here if you don't want to reward this kind of bigoted, outdated business attitude.
The residence is calm and welcoming, right in the heart of Madonna di Campiglio. It's recently been renovated and is very comfortable. The largest supermarket in town is only 30 meters from the entrance, with the main shops and restaurants close by. Ski lifts are handy too, including the 5 Laghi gondola, a three-minute walk away. I'd give it five stars if the reception area had a bit more care; a small effort could make it warmer and more inviting.
Right on Piazza Righi, the central location is a real plus. The free Wi-Fi works well, and there's a flat-screen TV with a slot for your Premium membership card. Paid parking is available and well worth considering. Rooms on the first floor that don't have balconies could use some improvement.
