It was clean and did what we needed for a one-night stay. We had to phone the owner and wait for him to arrive, since he doesn’t live on the premises, but he was very friendly. There’s a pizzeria attached, which was excellent, and a well-stocked Gala supermarket about 200 metres away. We also got two breakfast vouchers for a place about 200 metres away. The continental breakfast was good, with two croissants per person and a hot drink.

Very clean, and the receptionist was friendly. It’s conveniently located when you’re on the way to Perugia.

A friend recommended B&B Dimora Fra Giovanni, and we had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, and the property has lots of charm. Its location makes it a useful base for seeing Umbria’s most beautiful villages. The owner was kind and helpful, and shared useful tips on places to visit and restaurants where we ate really well.

The room was a decent size and very clean, and you can see how much care the owners put into the details. The property is very beautiful. The bathroom has no window, which felt a little claustrophobic, though it worked fine. It’s a good location for exploring the area, but being close to the highway makes it less suited to a relaxing stay.

Breakfast was part of the price, served at a restaurant a little further down the road. There’s plenty of gravel parking next to the property. The manager was friendly from the outset, quick to reply, and responsive to our requests. The building has a distinctive look inside and out, with great attention to detail, and the rooms were spacious and incredibly clean. It’s fairly close to a ring road, but the walls are thick enough that you can barely hear the noise. We stayed for a short weekend break.
