I Pini House

A fantastic, cozy house. Fully equipped and really comfortable.

The house has such a good feel to it, and everything you might need, plus more, is there. It was incredibly clean and well kept. The bed was blissfully comfortable, and the sofa was great too, which matters a lot to me. You have the whole house and huge plot to yourself, with lots of privacy. Our dog loved it as well. The panoramic view was overwhelming. I spent ages enjoying it, listening to all the lovely birds, and even heard a nightingale. We'd not seen fireflies in a long time, so those little lights in the garden at night were lovely. Umbria is beautiful and green, with wonderful high viewpoints. Lake Trasimeno is close, and there are so many pretty towns and villages nearby. It doesn't get more Italian. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and groceries are about 3 km away. We had an incredible holiday. Many thanks to the lovely, attentive brothers Manuel and Silvio, who work so well together. It's a wonderful place for all ages, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend it if you're considering staying here.

We stayed for two wonderful weeks with our dog. The huge garden and its stunning views made the time especially enjoyable, as did our hosts Silvio and Manuel, who were incredibly friendly. The owners, Silvio and Manuel, were so kind and helpful, and made us feel at home. We had a wonderful holiday at I Pini House with our two dogs. The house is spacious, well maintained and fully equipped, with dishes and cookware in excellent condition. Outside, there's a beautiful, very large garden full of trees and plenty of room to relax. We'd happily do it again!
