The pool is gorgeous, and cleanliness and comfort clearly matter here. This is a lovely spot for nature lovers, though it's worth keeping the distance from towns and amenities in mind when choosing. The sunsets are among the most beautiful I've seen anywhere, and after rain there can be bright double rainbows. A caring, responsible hostess looks after everything professionally. Mornings bring birdsong as you leave the apartment, and at night you may hear owls. I'd return without hesitation and recommend it wholeheartedly. Wishing you a wonderful stay and great experiences!

Set among greenery, the apartments are very comfortable and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Donatella and Mauro greeted us warmly and made us feel at home. They were always available. A highly recommendable stay.

Donatella is such a special owner. She bakes delicious desserts, the apartment was spotless, and the setting looks out over Lake Trasimeno. The lovely pool has no chlorine, and dogs are welcome and clearly loved here. My husband, Nemo, our dog, and I give it 100/100. There’s also a massage that will leave you feeling better. A quiet spot for a truly relaxing holiday. The apartment is simple, clean, and has what you need, and the pool is very nice. The owner's helpfulness really impressed me. She's delightful, and people that considerate are hard to find. The staff were very kind too.

We had a fabulous week in these comfortable, beautiful apartments, with a stunning pool and nature all around. The owners were exceptionally kind and keen to meet guests' requests. It's also a lovely base for trips to Perugia, Assisi, and Gubbio. We'll definitely return.
