The sea is a good distance away, and the view from this lovely place is really nice. Having a kitchen was great. Moreno and Barbara made us feel welcome.

The spacious common areas and comfortable room made our stay easy with a small child. Moreno and Barbara were so welcoming and helpful, and always made us feel at home. We loved the peaceful natural setting in the Marche region, just right for a relaxing break. Thank you!

We loved the outdoor spaces, from the pool and veranda to the patio for a chat or a basketball game. The apartments are comfortable, and the place itself is beautiful. The sea is about 20 minutes away, with both public and private beaches, and there are agritourisms and taverns serving excellent food. There are also enchanting villages to visit. Barbara and Moreno were genuinely hospitable and ready to meet our needs. We'll be back!

We were there for four days with our daughter, and the house had everything we needed for her too. It was very clean and comfortable. The location worked well, and Moreno and Barbara were kind and helpful, giving us all the information we needed about places to go and things to do.

Tours are available for exploring the area, which is well worth seeing, and there's a typical local breakfast too. The staff were professional, courteous, and excellent. Prices are very fair, though still about average for the area. I'd definitely recommend it to families or couples after a relaxing stay.
