Casale Oleo

Casale oleo is a beautiful place for a quiet, romantic break. We loved the views over the olive trees, hills and sea, and it really feels as if time slows down here. The interior design is so pleasing to the eye, and the outside is just as lovely. Service was friendly, breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the seaside is a fairly short drive away.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful, and made us feel right at home. Each morning began with a delicious breakfast made with fresh local ingredients. The property is charming and beautifully maintained, with a real rustic Tuscan feel. Casale Oleo is surrounded by nature, olive trees and lovely Tuscan hills, with gorgeous views and a peaceful countryside setting. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it for an authentic, relaxing time in Tuscany.

The peaceful views were unforgettable, with rolling green hills all around and beaches only a short drive away. Breakfast was fresh, local and lovingly prepared, and the hosts’ warmth and care came through in the details. Casale Oleo is a beautiful family-run olive farm, and its charming accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was even better than the places we stayed in Rome and Florence. A serene, authentic Tuscan escape.

The food was the highlight of our visit to Casale Oleo. Each dish was carefully made, creatively put together and excellent in quality. Some plates came impressively close to Michelin level. Local ingredients, handmade bread and unexpected flavors made dinner a real experience. The setting above the Maremma is just as memorable, with olive groves, artichoke fields, open views stretching to the sea and beautiful sunsets. It’s a peaceful spot for an authentic taste of Tuscany, away from the crowds.
