Veronica made us feel so welcome and turned a good stay into something special. That’s the reason we’d come back. We also loved the generous breakfast with regional products, the amazing views, the lovely garden, and the super relaxing pool.

The restaurant made for a romantic meal, with delicious food and good care for me as a gluten free diner. Breakfast was 10/10 too, with amazing views and a great range of fresh local produce. Staff were welcoming throughout. My husband and I stayed for one night on our way to a friend’s wedding, and it honestly became one of the highlights of the whole trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with the most breathtaking view. If you want a romantic stay, I couldn’t recommend the hotel and restaurant more highly.

The prices are above average, but the quality of the whole experience makes them reasonable. The room is calm, with welcoming music, and the service was very good. Food here isn’t typical, and it’s very high quality, beautifully plated and presented. You get spectacular views of Sabina from the dining room. A good pick for an event, a special date night, or simply a really good meal.

The food here is amazing. We had a lovely stay and dinner in June, when it was still very quiet. At times it felt a little strange being there without other guests, but we had a lovely time. The staff are so nice and really go the extra mile. Special thanks to the woman who served us breakfast every morning 🧡.

On our way home from Florence, we ate at the restaurant and loved the food, ambience, service, and view. Wow!
