The air conditioning in the room was excellent, and the rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly, with concierge service available even at night. Free parking is 30 meters from the hotel. Breakfast could use a little more variety, and a small refrigerator in the room would have been nice. Still, it was an excellent stay, and I recommend it to anyone visiting Salento.

The bathroom was the one real drawback. Its glass door just pushed and pulled, so it was almost as if there were no door at all. The room also felt a bit small for two. The hotel is small and centrally located at the entrance to Maglie, right beside the train station, though we didn't hear anything from it. Breakfast was moderately generous, with both sweet and savory choices, and they even made me a cappuccino with soy milk. I only took a small amount off for the bathroom.
