Hotel Palazzo Bruni

The owners were always available whenever we needed something, and breakfast was carefully made, all homemade from the tarts to the brioches. I don't know who bakes them, but they really are exceptional. Maierà itself is a charming little mountain village, ideally placed about 10 minutes from the sea, so you get clear water and mountain scenery together. We were very satisfied and recommend it.

We stayed with our family during the first ten days of August and were very pleased. The owners were professional, courteous, and friendly, and the welcome was great. Everything was very clean and well cared for, from the building to the lovely rooms. Staff paid close attention to what guests needed. Given the quality and how close it is to the sea, the value for money is excellent.

We found at least three or four homemade cakes at breakfast every day, and I only have one suggestion: it would be great to have more lactose-free options, perhaps one item made that way for guests who are lactose intolerant but not allergic. Aside from that, this is an excellent, very clean, well-maintained property. The large rooms have balconies that are especially nice on summer evenings. The family welcome and their willingness to meet guests' different needs stood out, and the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended.

The old building is beautiful, and the rooms are very clean. Bruno is a treasure, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is hearty. The hotel sits 400 meters above sea level, only minutes from the lovely beach at the Cirella promontory.
