The staff seemed focused on getting as much money from guests as possible. I found them unhelpful, and they made excuses and promises that didn't resolve the problems. In my experience, they misled us about parking and extra fees, then tried to get more money after we had checked in. I found the service rude, dishonest, and unprofessional. It also felt disrespectful when staff spoke Italian to English-speaking guests, even though they could speak good English. Their careless, unethical attitude was shocking. If you care about your time, money, and peace of mind, I'd avoid this place. There are plenty of honest hotels; this one felt like a trap for unsuspecting travelers, and it ruined my vacation.

We left after one night even though we'd booked three, and the staff were good about charging us for just the first one. The bed was old, rock-hard, and impossible to sleep in, and the pillows were just as hard. Noise was another problem. We could hear people in the corridor and the elevator, along with next door's shower, bathroom use, and even hairdryer. After all the positive reviews we'd read, we were very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend staying here; the beds seem years old and the place hasn't been updated.

A very clean, refreshing place near the main road and bus stop. Reception staff were helpful with directions, suggestions, and questions, and check-in and checkout were smooth. Breakfast was nicely presented, with lots of choices. The kitchen staff were friendly, greeted every guest, and would make the coffee you wanted. It felt like home away from home, and a luxurious stay on a budget. Thanks and regards.

The nature trail through the citrus and grape farms is close by, and it's also an easy walk down to the coast for a swim. The rooms were extremely clean and the staff were really friendly. What a wonderful place to stay for our time on the Amalfi. Thanks for having us. 👌

The view of the church and the beach from the side was stunning, and the beach itself is only a two-minute walk away. The hotel was spotless, and breakfast was delicious, a lovely start to the day. I had a wonderful stay in Maiori and would highly recommend it for a relaxing, enjoyable visit.
