We spent some really peaceful days here. It’s a family-run place, and everyone was friendly; the apartments were clean and well cared for. Set on a hillside in Malcesine, every apartment looks out over the lake. There’s also an underground garage with room for about 8 cars.

La Perla is an easy place to recommend. We loved the quiet and the views, and everything is within walking distance: the market, cafés, bus stops, and the Monte Baldo cable car. The lake and Malcesine look their best from here. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the owners were super friendly and helpful. Cheers, and I’d happily recommend it again!

The walk back up is steep, so keep that in mind. Still, the town and lake are both within walking distance, and the underground parking is handy. The apartments sit just above Malcesine, with lovely views of the town and Lake Garda from the panoramic balcony. They’re well equipped.

We slept really well even with temperatures above 30°C, thanks to the air conditioning. Our terrace room made us very happy, and the garden is beautifully cared for. You’re above all the tourist bustle, but can be right among it in about three minutes. There’s guaranteed underground parking for a car or motorcycle. The rooms are clean and well equipped, though there is a short uphill walk. The view over Lake Garda is fantastic. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

We felt at home at La Perla, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Our apartment was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The owners live in the same building, so there’s always someone to reach if a problem comes up. From the balcony, we had a fantastic view of the lake, with the house above Malcesine. The walk up from town can be strenuous, so it may not suit people who aren’t very mobile. For everyone else, it’s pure Lake Garda bliss.
